OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU
We work hard to ensure that the allergen information we provide is accurate and up to date. All allergen data has been derived from specifications obtained from our suppliers and manufacturers. However, product specifications and recipes may change periodically, so we always recommend speaking with our staff before ordering.
THE 14 MAJOR ALLERGENS
UK law requires us to provide information about the following 14 major allergens:
- Cereals containing gluten (wheat, rye, barley, oats)
- Crustaceans (prawns, crab, lobster)
- Eggs
- Fish
- Peanuts
- Soybeans
- Milk
- Nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, etc.)
- Celery
- Mustard
- Sesame
- Sulphur dioxide and sulphites
- Lupin
- Molluscs (mussels, oysters, squid)
FOOD PREPARATION
Our food and drinks are prepared in kitchens and service areas where allergenic ingredients are present. Despite our best efforts to prevent cross-contamination:
- Products are prepared in the same area where other allergens are handled
- Equipment is shared between different products
- Milk alternatives are prepared using the same equipment as dairy milk
- There is a risk of cross-contamination in our preparation areas
We cannot guarantee that any product is 100% free from allergen traces.
CUSTOMIZATION OPTIONS
We offer dairy alternatives for all our coffee and tea drinks:
- Oat milk (may contain gluten)
- Soya milk (contains soya)
- Almond milk (contains tree nuts)
- Coconut milk (contains tree nuts)
Some hot chocolate drinks we serve contain Milk powder.
Please note that while we can customize your drink, cross-contamination may still occur.
